Organic Herb Farm

Herban Ayurveda's Organic Medicinal Herb Farm is located about 30 miles south of the Twin Cities.  We cultivate just over one acre of medicinal and culinary herbs on property that is shared with other organic farmers.  We use techniques that enhance the potency of herbs and foster a healthy ecosystem by focusing on regenerating the soil, supporting wildlife, using renewable energy and keeping our waters clean. We practice with the belief that in order to heal ourselves, we must also heal the earth.

Our main objective is to provide healing medicine for our community.  We are on a mission to reduce the amount of medicinal herbs that are sourced and shipped from oversees, from farms that exploit land or people, and from national and global companies whose herbs are monthly or years old by the time they arrive to the consumer.

We are on a mission to help our community get the freshest herbs possible. We harvest herbs at their peak potency at peak season and hand deliver within 24 hours of harvest to ensure that you receive the highest quality fresh herbs with maximum potency. By using locally grown herbs, you are maximizing your connection with the land, reducing your carbon footprint, supporting your local farmer, and ensuring the highest quality of medicine.

Want to get involved?

Herbalism is powerful medicine and medicine that you do not have to ingest in order to feel it's effects.  Whether it's feeling uplifted from the scent of tulsi, having meaningful connections while harvesting calendula blossoms, or feeling energized by de-steming rosemary, working with these plants is nothing short of powerful.  Email us at herbanayurveda@gmail.com to see how you can get involved.
